From North to South of Vietnam, there are many beautiful island to discovery. One of way to transfer to there is using speed boat with short time and easy, most of tourist choose it for their vacation such as:

To Cat Ba Island ( from Hai Phong city)

There is main Binh Wharf in Hai Phong city and other is Dinh Vu Port of Hoang Long Boat company, the speed boat depart to Cat Ba and arrival after about 45-50 minutes per way. The ticket around 250.000 vnd per ticket  as Hoang Yen, Cat Ba island ( the  Hoang Long ticket including bus and boat )

In the winter, there is only 1 time of schedule per day: 08.30 am Hai Phong- Cat Ba and 13.30 pm Cat Ba – Hai Phong.

In the summer, every two hours from 8am to 4pm and vise versa due to high season of domestic market.

Other ways to Cat Ba through ferry , the price is cheaper but it takes long time as Dinh Vu Port – Got Port and Tuan Chau Warft

Speed boat to island Co To, Quan Lan and Ngoc Vung (Quang Ninh)

Notice that: In the days of big waves, boats are not allowed off the island.

From Hon Gai Wharf - Quan Lan island,  speedboat departs at 10:30am and 2pm daily, running for 50 minutes to 1 hours and 15 minutes per trip

From Cai Rong Port -Quan Lan island, speedboat departs at 8am and 2pm every day, running for 45 minutes only.

Speedboats to Co To depart at 1pm and return to Cai Rong  Port at 8am every day, with fares of VND150,000 per person.

Beside, we can choose the wooden boat from mainland to Co To, Quan Lan or Ngoc Vung at least 1hours of cruising with fixed timetable and departure port. The fare is from VND 95,000 vnd per person, please contact with travel agent for more information

Canoe to Cham Island (Quang Nam)

Canoe trips to Cham Island are only about 20 minutes long and the last trip from the island is at 5pm. The fare is VND150,000 per person.

Wooden ships transporting both people, vehicles and goods depart at two main wharves at the night market on Nguyen Hoang Road and the Cua Dai pier. Starting at 8am, the boats arrive at Cham Island at 10.30 or 11am. The boats come back to the mainland at 11am. The fares is VND 50,000 per person.

Boats to Ly Son Island (Quang Ngai)

Ly Son Island is about an hour by speedboat from the Sa Ky Port. In days of heavy wave activity, ships are not allowed to visit the island.

At this time, there are three speedboats named An Hai, Ly Son and An Vinh, which all depart at 8am every day for Ly Son Island. The boats from Ly Son to the mainland also depart at 8am daily. Fares are VND95,000 per person.

Speedboats to Phu Quoc (Kien Giang)

 Speed boats to Phu Quoc Island depart from Ha Tien and Rach Gia (Kien Giang province) with name Duong Dong – 2 floor and big speed boat.

From Rach Gia, the boats that go to the island and return to the mainland both depart at 8am. The trip is about 2.5 hours. The fare is nearly VND 400,000 per person

From Ha Tien, the ships also depart at around 8am and the trip is about 1.5 hours long. The fares is about VND 200,000 per way

Speed boats to Con Dao (Ba Ria - Vung Tau)

From Vung Tau, the boat departure at 17.00 pm and you can sleep one night on a ship and arrive at Con Dao the next morning. The lowest fare is about VND400,000 per person.
